*ORDERING PROBLEM*

- “I ordered but did not receive a order confirmation/receipt and it says the money was taken from my account!”

 *** When placing an order, if your order DID go through you would receive a order confirmation/receipt saying that your order is confirmed and will soon be ready and headed for shipment. If your account comes up saying “pending” (meaning no/not enough money is there to be taken or it did not process off the card to be taken) or example (-$25.00) from your card, with no confirmation from my website, this states that your order did NOT go through & the money will soon (most likely same day) will be refunded back into your account. Please email juicyglosstee@hotmail.com or contact me via social media with the name you tried placing the order under & I will send proof that the order did not go through which is NOT under my control. When this happens means it is dealing with your card, bank or that your card zip code does not match your billing address. Please contact your bank or check your card info before placing an order. 

NOTE* I can NOT & will NOT make any orders up without PROOF of purchase. 

ANY CARD THAT COMES UP FOR MEDIUM OR HIGH RISK OF FRAUD WILL BE REFUNDED! 

“When will my order be shipped?”

 

Orders ship out within 1-3 days. If anything has come up about your order or anything pertaining to shipment, it will be notified to any and all customers.

Once an order is shipped, your order is now within the hands of USPS (United States Postal Service) any questions regarding late or lost packages, please contact your local USPS before contacting juicyglosstee@hotmail.com

I do NOT accept any brands ambassadors or WHOLESALE orders.

Please make sure that before finalizing your order that your address is correct. If you do not, nor let me know before shipment, there is NOTHING I can do once shipped. After an order is shipped, it is now in the hands of USPS and anything concerning your order while in their hands, you must contact your local post office.

All sales are FINAL once shipped! Unless received broken or damaged. No returns what so ever and refunds are based off the problem of the order (how bad your order is broken or damaged) NOT because of the wrong address that was sent through the website.

Also, any orders that are returned because of a wrong address, to have it RE shipped out, you will be charged for shipping ONLY, to have it sent back to you.
